This is a 2-storey palace-like residence that consists of 5 major suits on the upper floor and communal rooms, reception, and dinning sets on the ground floor. Private personnel lift as well as car lifts are located from the basement where the car park is located to the different floors. A space reliefer more convenient than ramps. This is a fully home-automated project, with two electrical charges placed in the basement carpark for the electric cars.
