A design approved, now under construction. An already existing sea-front mansion, M.A.C.E. was appointed directly by the client to go for a complete renovation and reuse of the upper floor right wing to include a private master suite and an additional incredibly challenging indoor swimming pool to be attached as an extension to the house on a piling system inside the water for the ground level and enhance the outdoor existing terrace. The terracotta tiles, a favorite outdoor material, travertine cladding stones and mosaic were our choices used for the ground level works. The upper master suite had two marble types and wood floorings proposed. Most furniture, incl. the chandeliers presented are Italian with a few French pieces according to design purpose.
