This proposal was delivered back in 2012. The request was to design a unique landmark building in the heart of the city. The tower consists of 15 typical floors and a main podium for the swimming pool. The last two floors of the towers are the penthouses which has apartment units comprised of 4 bedrooms for families with larger members.
