Bortoqala - An Orange in Arabic - is a snack/quick style restaurant serving sandwiches of various kinds and grills. Following the clients request, we renovated an old ground floor space (originally an office with a mezzanine storage floor), into the now up and running restaurant.The project consists of the counter and display area, back-end kitchen and storage, the washroom and the dining area.
