The request was to design two buildings for commercial and residential purposes, leasing the apartments and commercial spaces on a yearly basis after the completion of construction. The building design consists of 13 typical floors and a podium type restaurants area, retail shops and a roof deck swimming pool. The last two floors of the towers are the penthouses which has apartment units comprised of 3 and 4 bedrooms for families with larger members.
